About The Position

Benton Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a part-time weekend Registered Nurse. The RN ensures efficient and effective nursing care, positive clinical outcomes, and resident and family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and the state Nurse Practice Act. The role includes responsibility for resident care and direction of nursing care during the assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Professional image in appearance and behavior.
Passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting.

Responsibilities
