About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides direct clinical patient care and is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift and unit-level basis. The role supervises staff to whom care is delegated and supports the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, clinical staff competency, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

The position is full-time, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Every other weekend is required. The role is based at Hi-Desert Continuing Care Center.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy.
• CPR certification.
