About The Position

Hartford Hospital is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for its Specialty Medical Nursing Units. This role is suitable for experienced nurses, student nurses, and recent graduate nurses. Requirements

• Current Connecticut RN License required prior to start date.
• ASN Required (Must obtain a BSN within 6 years of starting in the RN role).
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• Nursing students can be offered a position, but start is contingent upon attainment of a CT RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care to patients and their families.
• Practice at the top of their license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices.
• Utilize clinical instruction and learning opportunities through the Nurse Residency program (for graduate RNs).
