About The Position

Registered Nurse Full-time NOC shift; 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay) Salary Range: $38.00-$41.00 per hour, based on experience NOC shift = $2.00 per hour shift differential Blended salary range (base pay + overtime): $44.00-$47.83 per hour Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k w/company match, life insurance, and more!) for full-time positions Full-time schedule Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Repeat La Mesa, CA NeuroRestorative facility located on Aztec Drive CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) 15-bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN and 3 CNAs each shift Low patient ratios

Requirements

Accredited RN degree, current state RN license
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Minimum one year of experience
Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
