About The Position
Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 16-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) providing family-centered care. The position is based in Naperville, Illinois, and is full-time at 30 hours per week. The schedule is days, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with rotating weekends and holiday rotations. The hourly pay range is $37.25–$57.74; the rate offered depends on factors including expertise and years of experience. The role requires an Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license, an associate degree or higher in nursing, and current American Heart Association BLS certification. Nurses whose highest degree is an associate degree in nursing must graduate with a bachelor's degree in nursing within five years of the position start date. PALS certification is required within three months of starting. Two years of pediatric PICU RN experience is preferred. Requirements
- Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate degree or higher in nursing.
- If an associate degree in nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a bachelor's degree in nursing within five years of the position start date.
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification within three months of the position start date.
