This role involves improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, severe mental illness, and complex medical needs. Requirements
- Active RN license
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams

- 2+ years of nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee medical care for individuals with diverse healthcare needs
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as ordered
- Complete assessments and monitor ongoing health concerns
- Educate and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on medical care and equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and medical training initiatives
