About The Position
As a Registered Nurse in the PACU at Henry Ford Health’s flagship Detroit hospital campus, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, supporting patients and their families. The role includes fostering effective communication across the healthcare team and helping develop solutions to meet patient goals. The schedule is four 10-hour shifts, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- At least 2 years of recent RN experience in the ED, ICU, and/or PACU.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).

- BSN preferred.
Responsibilities

- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
- Communicate pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
