About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact and provides care and services that help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The RN evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment and revises care plans when a patient’s condition changes. The position also provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs and contributes to the work of an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Nursing diploma or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation, and kept current during employment.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Demonstrate concentration, reasoning skills, and good judgment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
