About The Position
AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana Hancock Campus is growing and has opened a brand-new hospital unit. We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts with ICU/critical care/med surge experience. We offer competitive hourly pay rates, applicable incentive pay, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. We specialize in managing complex medical needs, including respiratory failure requiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap, and nasal cannula; sedation/pain management; pressor management; cardiac/anti-arrhythmic management; complicated infections requiring long-term IV antibiotics; and chronic non-healing wounds requiring extensive treatment with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. Our high staff-to-patient ratio ensures individualized attention.
Requirements
- Active Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic computer knowledge

- National certifications
Responsibilities
- Direct and indirect patient care in the acute care setting.
- Communicate with physicians, CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
