About The Position
Heartline Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses for an on-site assignment at a Pennsylvania state-operated facility in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Registered Nurses will coordinate nursing care for adults with intellectual disabilities while working closely with the clinical care team across multiple living areas.
Requirements
- Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania REQUIRED
- Minimum 6 months of Registered Nurse experience REQUIRED
- Ability to coordinate nursing care and respond to residents' changing health needs REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with the clinical care team REQUIRED
- Ability to maintain accurate nursing documentation REQUIRED
- Ability to successfully complete required clearances and onboarding REQUIRED
- Ability to complete paid Monday–Friday orientation REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate nursing care during the assigned shift.
- Assist with developing and updating individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents for changes in health status and communicate findings to appropriate clinical staff.
- Respond to urgent resident-care situations as needed.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
- Coordinate care and communicate with members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide nursing support across multiple living areas within the facility.
