About The Position

Great opportunity at the Willmar Lakeland Clinic as a Registered Nurse in Family Practice! Performs clinical procedures such as IV insertions, dressing changes, and other treatments within scope of practice. Provides patient education to support understanding of health conditions, treatments, and care plans. Delivers direct patient care under the direction of the provider, including chronic disease management. Maintains and updates accurate patient health information in the electronic health record. Ensures emergency equipment and clinical resources are stocked and ready to support safe, high-quality care. Supports provider practice by applying the nursing process and utilizing RN clinical skills. Manages and coordinates prescription refill processes for patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) current license in the state of Minnesota required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to work well with team members and act as a leader for the nursing department clinical staff.
• Good communication, computer, documentation, and time management skills.
• Nursing RN assessment skills as well as procedural skills within scope of practice.
