About The Position

North Capitol Nursing and Rehab is seeking Registered Nurses for full-time day and evening shifts and part-time night shifts. Nurses build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role calls for supportive, collaborative care, strong communication, and a commitment to excellent geriatric nursing. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
• Work collaboratively toward excellent care for residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.
