About The Position
The registered nurse develops, implements, and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines. R1E has 24 private rooms caring for new mothers and babies. The unit skill mix includes RNs, PCAs, and lactation consultants.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Maintain all competencies and trainings required for the role.
- Hold a Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
