About The Position
Wilmington Fertility Center | IVI RMA North America is seeking an experienced Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Wilmington, NY fertility center during batch cycles. This role is ideal for a flexible, team-oriented nurse with a passion for women’s health and reproductive medicine. The Per Diem RN will provide specialized clinical care to fertility patients and support the care team during high-volume treatment periods.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited program
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Nice To Haves
- Women’s health experience
- OR/PACU experience
- Fertility or infertility clinic experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) and ovulation induction (OI)
- Support patients throughout their fertility journey, including care in OR/PACU settings as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, embryology/lab staff, and administrative teams to ensure efficient clinical operations
- Assist with patient monitoring, procedures, and treatment coordination during batch cycles
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
