About The Position

InterHealth Medical Staffing Solutions, a for-profit staffing division of Tampa General Hospital, is hiring Registered Nurses for 13-week contracts in the Women's Center Operating Room. The role delivers nursing care under general supervision and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines. Nurses plan and implement patient care, document nursing assessments, identify and report situations requiring further intervention, formulate and communicate goal-directed plans of care, and assure patient rights. Job duties must align with Tampa General Hospital’s mission, vision, values, and quality-improvement principles. The position offers significantly higher base pay, shift differentials, and benefits available for purchase. Seasonal contractors may be eligible for contract extensions and may consider conversion to full-time or part-time positions, depending on team coverage. Applicants must have at least two years of experience in the specific division and be deemed competent to work independently.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in the specific division being hired into.
Must be deemed competent to work independently.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification required.
PALS certification required.
Robotic experience required.

Responsibilities
