About The Position
Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has a new registered nurse opening on our Post Surgery A3 Team. Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 183-bed hospital. As a Registered Nurse for our Post Surgery A3 Team, you will be responsible for the following: Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Nice To Haves
- BSN requirement strongly encouraged.
- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.
