About The Position

UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its team in Family Medicine/General Internal Medicine in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The RN works with doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals to provide care ranging from preventive services to highly specialized programs. The role includes phone triage, in-basket management, patient education, and direct patient care for patients and families across varied populations and locations. The RN is an active member of a collaborative interdisciplinary team and uses critical thinking to triage calls, promote healthy lifestyles and wellness, and support chronic condition management and education.

This position is 80% FTE, generally Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Hours may vary based on departmental operational needs. Requirements

• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• Registration as a registered nurse in the state of employment or licensure in a state in the licensure compact, required upon hire.
• CPR/BLS certification, required upon hire.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Relevant RN experience.
• Applicable clinical certification.
