About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time, day-shift, weekend Registered Nurse for its Adolescent Psych service at INTEGRIS Mental Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. The Staff Registered Nurse manages the delivery and documentation of patient care, including assessment and reassessment, developing plans of care, implementing appropriate interventions, and evaluating those interventions. The nurse supervises and coordinates licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned and provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate. The position reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. The role requires operating an INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle and maintaining a current Oklahoma driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance carrier.

Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma, or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Other certifications and competencies required based on service-line skill.
Current Oklahoma State driver’s license.
Driving record acceptable to INTEGRIS Health’s insurance carrier.
