RN (3-11 PM, 32 Hours Per Week)
About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) with shift openings for the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift, working 32 hours per week. The pay is $40-44/hr plus a $3.00 shift differential. The schedule is Monday-Thursday one week and Tuesday-Friday the next. Per diem opportunities are also available. Requirements
- Current RN license in Connecticut (or valid multistate/compact license)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.

Responsibilities
- Supervising direct resident care and nursing personnel during assigned shifts
- Providing hands-on clinical care as needed
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and families
- Making rounds to ensure quality care in a safe, clean environment
- Assisting with development and implementation of care plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records
- Responding to resident emergency call systems
- Promoting restorative care and resident independence
- Participating in training, education, and professional development opportunities
- Ensuring proper functioning of equipment and adequate supplies
- Participating in on-call responsibilities as assigned
