As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide exceptional nursing care within a warm, comfortable, and resident-focused environment. Requirements
- Current Connecticut RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- One to two years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Accurately assess, communicate, and document resident status
- Observe and report significant changes in resident condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare providers
- Supervise and support Resident Care Assistants
- Promote resident independence while meeting care needs
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Support a culture of dignity, respect, and exceptional service
