About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Women and Infant department at All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. The position is PRN (as needed). The nurse will deliver compassionate, high-quality direct patient care adhering to best practices, ensuring patient comfort and safety. They will manage the patient care journey by implementing care plans, executing physician orders, and documenting progress. The nurse will monitor patient conditions, communicate critical updates to the multidisciplinary team, and coordinate services across clinical disciplines. Additionally, they will facilitate safe transitions by assessing discharge needs and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Coordinate services across clinical disciplines, acting as a primary liaison to guarantee seamless, well-integrated care for optimal outcomes.
Facilitate safe, smooth transitions by assessing discharge needs and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a successful return home.
