About The Position

Kline Galland Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate care for seniors and patients. This role involves working closely with Nursing Assistants and Medication Assistants. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, employees are eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program, offering student loan relief. The position offers 12-hour night shifts (7pm to 7:30 am) with an additional $4.00/hour for night work and a $7,500 signing bonus (prorated for part-time hires). Shifts available are for full-time NIGHTSHIFT.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Washington State
• At least one year of Nursing Experience
• Current CPR training and card
• Compassionate, kind, and positive approach to care
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to an overall atmosphere of team spirit

Responsibilities

• Act as a charge nurse on long-term care units, including memory care and transitional care.
• Serve as a resource to Nursing Assistants by supervising and removing potential barriers to providing high-quality care.
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments and provide outstanding care to the senior population in coordination with the care plan.
• Monitor resident behaviors, update care plans as necessary, and document all behaviors and interventions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident function and quality of care.
• Be an active member of the team.
