About The Position

Victorian Village, a Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Community, located in Homer Glen, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Part Time Evening Shift! Victorian Village is a member of the Providence Life Services family where we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve! A pay differential of $2/hour is offered for the Evening Shift.

Requirements

Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois.
Must pass a physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background, and successfully complete reference check.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to clients and manage the day-to-day activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants working as a team.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Assist clients in meeting their goals through assessment and monitoring of clients' care needs and interaction with the interdisciplinary team, including the physician.
Provide education and guidance to clients and their families on disease process and management.
Ensure adequate medical supplies are available to meet the medical needs of the patients. Report needs to the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator.
