Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, with a focus on long-term care and/or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care, from administering medications and monitoring vital signs to collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop patient-centered care plans.
Ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care while maintaining a fun and lively atmosphere.
Manage your schedule around 8- or 12-hour shifts.
Engage with patients and their families, offering support and encouragement while building lasting relationships.
Assess patient needs and adjust your approach to align with their preferences, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
Provide leadership and motivation to the nursing team you will oversee as the charge nurse on the weekends, foster growth and development; and provide continued education opportunities.
