About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required, and paid training is provided. The role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment, long-term patient relationships, and the opportunity to apply a broad range of nursing skills with medically complex patients. The nurse may need to float to nearby clinics, and training may take place at a clinic other than the home location. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
• CNN or CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to changes in health.
• Collaborate with a clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed.
