About The Position
Aesthetic Registered Nurse $40/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential � Fixed schedule (Saturday - Wednesday) � No overnights You'll be the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn't think were possible without surgery � owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results. Requirements
- Current RN license (state-issued)
- 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) OR 2+ years in aesthetics practice
- Weekend availability required (full weekends; this is a fixed schedule role)
- Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day

Responsibilities
- Performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Conducting consultations
- Designing individualized treatment plans
- Documenting accurately
- Partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor
- Owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results
- Building relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand
