About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one home care to adult and/or pediatric clients in New Castle County, Delaware, including Wilmington, Newark, New Castle, Bear, and Middletown. Care is provided in clients’ homes, and cases are matched based on proximity. Nurses may work morning, evening, or overnight shifts lasting 8, 10, or 12 hours. PRN, part-time, and full-time arrangements are available, with no weekend or minimum-hour requirements.

BAYADA provides paid training beginning on the first day, delivered in the office, in the home, and online. Nurses can practice in adult and pediatric simulation labs and receive around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Electronic charting is done using Statewise. Clients may have a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, and additional paid training is available to help nurses feel prepared for their first shift. Pay is $33–$43 per hour, based on client care and shift.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduate from a qualified, accredited or approved nursing program.
