About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) in LDRP provides care for patients using fetal and maternal monitoring equipment. The role includes managing patient pain, assisting physicians with deliveries and other procedures, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, and educating patients and families about labor, pain, and newborn care.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients using fetal and maternal monitoring equipment.
- Manage patient pain, including administering epidurals and patient-controlled analgesia.
- Assist physicians during delivery, treatment, examination, and surgical procedures.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate using computerized documentation systems.
- Provide patient and family education on labor, pain, and newborn care.
