About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery care. This is a contracted role with a shift from 18:45 to 07:15 and a 36-hour workweek, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts. Holiday coverage is required. Requests for time off must be approved and included at the end of the contract. The position is located near the Pacific Northwest beaches and Olympic National Forest.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery care.
- Current Washington state nursing license; multistate licenses are accepted with verification.
- NRP, PALS, BLS/BCLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Approved 6-hour suicide training.
- Verification of demographics through Nursys.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of scrub techniques.
- STABLE training.
- Familiarity with Meditech.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery areas.
- Cover holidays as required.
