About The Position

The Medallion Program is Mayo Clinic’s concierge medicine model within an internal medicine practice serving adult patients age 18 and older. It provides personalized, relationship-based primary care for patients who value enhanced access, longer appointment times, and proactive, coordinated care. Patients are supported by a dedicated care team, with features including same-day or next-day appointments, direct communication with clinicians, and a focus on prevention, chronic condition management, and overall wellness. The Registered Nurse cares for Medallion patients in a clinic setting using a high-touch approach. The role partners closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to manage acute and chronic needs, serves as a key point of contact for patients, and helps ensure continuity of care. The nurse triages and coordinates care and provides comprehensive registered nursing care. The position requires adaptability to unpredictable situations and may involve flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends, and on-call.
