About The Position
SPEECHCOM, INC. is seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in the Encinitas area of San Diego County, California. This role is ideal for a licensed and experienced RN who wants to focus on clinical expertise within a supportive and collaborative school setting. The position is for the 2026-2027 school year and offers a student-centered assignment with hands-on support and mentorship.
Requirements
- Active License as a Registered Nurse in California
- Experience providing G-Tube Feeding and Oxygen Therapy
- Must be able to perform a range of duties that include, but are not limited to: monitor SpO2, operate oxygen concentration, provide Tube Feeding (TF), suction of excess secretions (if needed for student care)
- Must Pass LiveScan/Fingerprinting
- New TB Test to be completed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families.
- Must possess sufficient technology skills to complete student documentation and communicate effectively via email.
