About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position is on the 4NT M/S Telemetry Unit located in the North Tower, Kingwood, TX. This unit has 28 beds and is staffed with a Director, Manager, CNC, RN, LVN, PCT, and US. The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:5-6. Equipment used includes Baxter IV pumps, SCD machines, Glucometer, Mobilab, and Welch Allyn. The Electronic Medical Record system is Meditech. The ideal candidate will possess RN licensure, demonstrate caring and compassionate behaviors, and be willing to work collaboratively as a team to meet patient needs. The role requires BLS certification and involves telemetry monitoring and wound care. Flexibility and dependability are preferred, along with a BSN. The work environment includes floating to other M/S telemetry units and ED for inpatient hold patients. The dress code is royal blue scrubs. Full-time employees are required to work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule, with no on-call duty required.
