About The Position
Highland Hills Post Acute is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA. This 200-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility is under new leadership focused on employee retention and engagement. They offer a welcoming environment, steady hours due to a strong census, and a supportive HR team. The role involves providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising CNAs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal standards under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON).
Requirements
- Ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience with PCC preferred.
- Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs.
- Ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards under the supervision of the DON.
