About The Position

Although tribally owned, we operate as a separate entity and proudly provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families across all 14 Cherokee Nation counties, regardless of tribal affiliation. We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about serving diverse communities and helping patients remain safe, independent, and supported in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care, complete comprehensive assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, and educate patients and caregivers to promote long-term wellness. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, community-minded, and committed to delivering care that honors dignity, culture, and the unique needs of each patient we serve.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state approved school of practical (vocational) nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in nursing, preferred
- Current state Drivers License
- Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance
