About The Position
Become a Weekend Baylor RN with Georgia Hospice Care (8am-8pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday). We are seeking compassionate registered nurses who are dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for patients and their families. As a registered nurse, you will advocate for your patients, communicate with the patient, their family, and the hospice care team, and ensure every patient receives quality care. After-Hours Hospice RNs are salaried full-time positions covering on-call duties from 5pm on Friday to 8am Monday morning. You will be supported by a 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and your local hospice team. Requirements
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

- Hospice experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a voice for patients.
- Communicate with the patient, patient’s family, and the hospice care team.
- Serve as the patient advocate.
- Ensure every patient receives the quality care they deserve.
- Cover on call after hours from 5pm on Friday to 8am Monday morning.
