About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) | Per Diem | West Columbia, Lexington & Chapin. Join BrightStar Care and bring your skills directly to patients through in-home infusions and skilled nursing visits. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB test (1-step skin test or blood test)
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (documented)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, high-quality care to clients in their homes
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing
- Communicate proactively with patients and families regarding care plans and health updates
