About The Position
Registered Nurse Euola is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide non-clinical case management services supporting military personnel readiness. This role involves coordinating care, tracking medical cases, and ensuring compliance with Army medical readiness standards at the Vermont Army National Guard in Colchester, VT.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Vermont or eligible)
- 3–5+ years clinical or case management experience
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with medical documentation systems
- Military/VA/Dod experience
- Case management certification
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Soldier medical cases from identification to resolution
- Coordinate care across providers, facilities, and military units
- Maintain and update case files in systems (eCase, MEDCHART, MEDPROS)
- Prepare cases for Medical Evaluation Boards (MEB/PEB)
- Conduct monthly case reviews and reporting
- Support readiness events (PHA, SRP, mobilization processing)
- Educate Soldiers on medical readiness and resources
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy
