About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Myoora Homestead, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care and supporting residents to live with dignity, independence, and choice. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, contributing to positive health outcomes while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. This role is suitable for both experienced nurses and newly graduated Registered Nurses looking to establish a rewarding career in aged care. Myoora Homestead is located in Henty and provides high-quality residential aged care in a welcoming and supportive environment, backed by an experienced leadership team and strong corporate support.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for person-centred aged care
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a rotating roster
• Comply with UPA's Immunisation and Vaccination Policy, including evidence of required vaccinations
• Complete a National Criminal History Check
• Undertake a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment

• Experience working with people living with dementia, or a willingness to develop this expertise
