About The Position
Eastcastle Place is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their exceptional team. This role is ideal for a nurse seeking part-time work in a supportive and team-oriented environment, with experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation being preferred. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing top-notch care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The position involves working alongside a dynamic team of LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, and Activities Staff, reporting to Nurse Managers and the Director of Nursing. Eastcastle Place has been serving seniors for over 140 years, offering a continuum of care that promotes active and fulfilling lifestyles while respecting resident dignity and independence.
Requirements
- Active RN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- CPR certification required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality care
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and take instructions in a professional manner
- Ability to provide guidance and support to others
- A passion for resident care, empathy, and leadership skills
