About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide in-home care including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration. This role offers schedule flexibility, independence, and no OASIS documentation, so you can focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license
- At least 1 year of experience (ER, Med-Surg, or acute care preferred)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, IV infusions, medication administration)
- Deliver one-on-one patient care in the home setting
- Coordinate your schedule directly with patients
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
