About The Position
Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health Hospital (RRBH) is a 58-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital seeking Registered Nurses (RNs). RRBH serves adults from 18 years of age through the senior years, with a general adult psychiatric division and a specialized geriatric division for dementia and Alzheimer's. Haven at Ramapo Ridge provides inpatient trauma-informed care for women. The RN is an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, developing individualized treatment plans and participating in various therapeutic offerings. RNs also have opportunities to act as preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors. The position offers competitive wages, differentials for shifts and weekends, and a sign-on bonus. New nursing graduates and experienced RNs looking for a change are encouraged to apply. The hospital is located on 78 acres with a tranquil work environment.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team in developing individualized treatment plans that meet the patient where they are and ensure the plan is designed to meet the patient’s goals.
- Act as nurse preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors for students rotating through RRBH.
- Demonstrate an understanding of, and embrace, the mission statement of Christian Health.
