Registered Nurse (RN) – IV Hydration & Wellness Provider (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday)
About The Position
Vida-Flo is a growing IV hydration and wellness medical spa seeking compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) passionate about wellness and outstanding patient care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company where contributions make a real impact and advancement opportunities are available. As an IV Hydration Provider, you will deliver IV hydration therapy and wellness injections, creating a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest. You will work under the direction of the Clinic Manager and Medical Director, following established protocols to provide safe, high-quality care. We are looking for outgoing, customer-focused RNs with exceptional IV skills, a minimum of two years of current experience starting IVs daily, and a passion for helping people feel their best. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and confident in clinical decision-making.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of current IV insertion experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong venipuncture and injection skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel between clinic locations, community events, or concierge visits as needed.
- Computer proficiency, including electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Apple devices.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to contribute to a growing team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the Emergency Department (ER), Operating Room (OR), Labor & Delivery (L&D), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Pediatrics, or other high-volume IV settings.
- Experience in Infusion Therapy.
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct wellness assessments, obtain vital signs, review medical history, and determine treatment eligibility.
- Administer IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and intramuscular injections according to physician standing orders.
- Educate clients on treatments, products, and wellness services, making appropriate recommendations.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Support clinic operations, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Represent Vida-Flo’s core values in every client interaction.
