About The Position

Springhill Village is seeking a Registered Nurse for day or night shifts. The nurse develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role includes providing coordinated resident care, promoting teamwork, and contributing to a respectful, positive care environment. Requirements

Hold a current, valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Demonstrate supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.
