About The Position

Requirements
- Active RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work well in a team and lead others with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Lead and mentor the nursing team, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and care plans.
