About The Position

San Diego Fertility Center is an elite fertility practice committed to exceptional clinical outcomes and the best patient experience. We are looking for a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Del Mar Surgery Center. The RN will be responsible for pre- and post-operation assessments, operating room support, circulating in the facility, and providing PACU duties for fertility treatment and GYN surgeries related to fertility treatment. We seek a compassionate individual eager to help patients achieve their dream of having a baby and contribute to an amazing team.

Requirements

• Must hold a current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Must have a strong attention to detail with solid interpersonal skills.
• The ability to clearly and effectively communicate is required.
• Drive for knowledge and ongoing desire to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the operating room, fertility, and women's health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures patients are comfortable and safety measures are followed.
• Provides pre- and post-op assessments for fertility patients.
• Provides support in the operating room within the surgery center.
• Circulates throughout the clinic, proving exceptional patient care.
• Responsible for PACU duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• Per diem schedule driven by coverage needs, with a preference for availability 3–4 days per week, including weekends and holidays as part of rotation
