About The Position

The Registered Nurse implements, coordinates, and delivers care to an assigned patient population while maintaining professional nursing standards. The nurse supervises CNAs, SNAs, LPNs, or other health care workers as assigned. This registry position is in the Mother Baby PP GYN department and requires six 12-hour day shifts per six-week schedule, including two weekend shifts and holiday coverage.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
• CPR certified.
• NRP certified.
• At least 1 year of previous Mother/Baby experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, coordinate, and deliver care to the assigned patient population.
• Maintain the standards of professional nursing.
• Supervise CNAs, SNAs, LPNs, or other health care workers as assigned.
