About The Position

Registered Nurses at Riverside Village build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. Nurses use their skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and support senior care excellence. The role includes medication management, resident assessments, accurate documentation of changes in resident conditions, and collaboration with nursing and other facility teams to deliver coordinated care. Schedule options include 8-hour and 16-hour shifts. The role is offered at $42–$46 per hour. Full-time and part-time benefits may vary; terms and conditions apply.

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
