About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse for Women's Health Services at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a part-time position (24 hours weekly) with night shifts (7pm-7am). The role involves direct, comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge, functioning as an on-shift team member to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. The Women's Health Services department is a 19-bed unit utilizing a couplet care model and caring for female post-operative patients.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN License.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
- NRP certification required (obtained within 6 months of hire).
- S.T.A.B.L.E certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).
Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.
- Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
