About The Position
BAYADA's Cape May-Atlantic County, New Jersey Offices are seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for skilled nursing and a drive for expanding their skills to join their Skilled Nursing team. They believe clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role focuses on low acuity and Tracheostomy/Ventilator Pediatric Home Care Cases in Atlantic and Cape May County, New Jersey, specifically for evening shifts. BAYADA offers an excellent onboarding and training experience, catering to clients from infant ages to older adults, and from low acuity to trach and vented cases. They invest in their nurses by providing extensive training to help them thrive on their cases.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Perform skills with autonomy in the home
