About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in North Carolina to provide one-on-one home care. The company was founded on the principle of providing better care at home. They care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with many clients requiring advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA offers paid training to prepare nurses for this unique and rewarding environment, prioritizing skill confidence and knowledge.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Administer advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
Benefits
- $31–33/hour in North Carolina (depending on commitment and shift)
- One on one care
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum commitment of 24 hours/month)
